Habitat duplex variance

A Southwest Community Services representative said a similar variance let them build 24 units on a third of an acre nearby, with parking demand far below capacity, and said the eclectic neighborhood would welcome the project.

A nearby resident and former Master Plan steering committee member said the project fills a 'broken tooth' gap in the Water Street streetscape and supports the Master Plan's housing goals.
